1. Vajrasana
Vajrasana is very beneficial in case of abnormal uterine bleeding. By doing Vajrasana, the digestive system works properly and problems related to the stomach are cured. Vajrasana provides relief in the back and lowers back problems. It reduces menstrual cramps and is also helpful in labor pains. By doing Vajrasana regularly, the muscles become strong. To do this asana, first lay a mat on the ground. Get down on your knees on this. Keep both the knees together. Keep the toes of the feet together and keep a distance between the ankles. Place your palms on your knees. Close your eyes, breathe in and out slowly. Stay in this position for 4-5 minutes. During this, you have to keep your back and waist very straight. Avoid doing this asana if you have knee pain or knee surgery. Do not do Vajrasana even if there is a problem in the spine. Pregnant women, hernia, and ulcer patients should do it only under expert supervision.
2. Naukasana
Many problems related to women are cured by doing Naukasana regularly. This reduces obesity. To reduce belly fat, it is quite right to do Naukasana. It also helps in toning the body. Makes the digestive system strong. By doing this, the kidneys work smoothly. To do Naukasana, first of all, spread a mat in a ventilated place. Lie on your back on this. Keep both feet and hands close. Take long deep breaths and while exhaling try to raise the head, chest, arms, and legs up to 45 degrees, stay in this position for 30 to 60 seconds. You can do this 2-3 times. During this, your legs should not be bent at all, in the beginning, you try to do it slowly. Do not raise the head and legs too high. People who have recently had stomach operations should avoid doing Naukasana. Patients with migraine, asthma and low blood pressure should also not do it. You can do Bhujangasana before doing this.

3. Gomukhasana
Gomukhasana is very beneficial in case of abnormal uterine bleeding. By doing it regularly this problem can be cured gradually. Apart from this, the muscles of the arms are strengthened by doing Gomukhasana. This asana is also beneficial in hip pain. It helps in keeping the spine straight and in piles. Gomukhasana provides relief in cervical spondylitis. It helps to tone the body. To do this asana, first of all, lay a mat in an open place. Bend your left leg and sit on the right buttock resting on the heel of the left foot. Bend the left hand from the elbow and move it from the side of the stomach to the back. Place the right hand over the shoulder and bend it at the elbow and take it behind the back. Lock both hands. Stay in this state for some time, breathe in and release. Now come to your starting position. After this, do this by folding the right leg. You can do this 4-5 times. Avoid doing this asana if you have pain in your hands, feet, and neck.
4. Dhanurasana
Dhanurasana is very beneficial for leucorrhoea, periods, and abnormal uterine bleeding. By doing this regularly, the intestines are cleaned. It increases blood circulation and also helps in curing mental disorders. By doing this the body remains energetic and the muscles of the body become strong. To do Dhanurasana, first of all, lay a mat in a clean and ventilated place. Lie on your stomach on this. Keep both your hands in line with the feet. Bend the knees and bring them near the waist and hold them by the hands. While inhaling, raise the chest above the ground and stretch the legs towards the waist. Stay in this position for 10 to 20 seconds and come back to the starting position. The shape of your body will become bow-shaped. It should be avoided during back pain, pregnancy, and menstruation.
5. Uttanpadasana
This asana is very beneficial for diabetic patients. Doing this regularly strengthens the digestive system and relieves constipation. It also provides relief in back, hip, and back pain. You can also do this asana to lose weight. It increases blood circulation in the body and is also beneficial in problems related to women such as menstrual pain and abnormal uterine bleeding. To do Uttanpadasana, first of all, lie down on your back on the mat. Keep both feet and knees together. While inhaling, move both the legs to 90 degrees. During this, your knees should not be bent at all. Remain in this state for some time. While exhaling, bring your feet back on the floor. Repeat this process 3-5 times. Avoid doing this yoga pose for stomach injury, back pain, and during menstruation and should also be avoided during pregnancy.
